What is stored
- The phrases you capture, with their translations
- Your imports (the lesson notes you paste) and your drafts
- The audio generated for your phrases
- Your preferences: languages, interface language, display
- Your plan and its entitlements
- Usage counters: daily generations and text-to-speech characters
Who receives your data
- Google Gemini: the text you capture, to generate phrases and translations
- Google Cloud Text-to-Speech: each phrase, to generate its audio
- Cloudflare R2: stores the generated audio
- Clerk: your sign-in and account identity
- Stripe: your payment, if you buy a plan
- Brevo: your email address, to send the emails you switch on in Settings; and your name, address, words and attached files when you write to support
- ImprovMX: forwards what you write to support to our inbox
